This client is a newbuild home developer, selling luxury homes. They needed to generate leads on social media for their sales team to email or phone to nurture them and eventually convert them. Using a combination of engaging ad creative (carousels, videos, images), using the leads objective with instant forms, and testing broad targeting vs. interest targeting vs. retargeting audiences (website visitors, IG & FB engages, video viewers, etc.), the campaign was a success. In the space of 1 month, they received 321 leads at £2.12 per lead! It's incredibly important to focus each ad within the campaign on a specific angle, such as large houses for large families, smaller houses for new couples or single individuals, the local area, the schools, etc. The ad messaging needs to directly call out the audience and speak to them. The ad creative needs to not look so much like an ad, but blend in with all the other organic posts.
